In 07′, not seriously looking to buy a home just yet, we stopped by an open house that Dave Bolton was showing. We loved the house, and as it turned out made an acceptable offer and became the new owners. We also became close personal friends with Dave. In the fall of 2009, circumstances changed for us and we had to relocate. We listed our home with Dave, and within days he brought a prospective buyer, who after considering a few other choices, purchased our home within a month. Dave did all he could to secure us a very fair price in such bad times, and we closed as scheduled. We feel very fortunate to have found Dave and for his expertise in making the two deals work. We no longer live in the Orlando area, but would not hesitate to recommend Dave to all of our Orlando friends.
